We are thrilled to confirm that LGPS Central has once again retained its status as a signatory to the UK Stewardship Code, marking our fourth consecutive year of recognition by the Financial Reporting Council (FRC).
The UK Stewardship Code is the pinnacle of stewardship standards, offering comprehensive guidance for those managing investments on behalf of UK savers, pensioners, and their supportive institutions. At its core, stewardship involves the meticulous allocation, administration, and oversight of capital, ensuring lasting value creation for clients and beneficiaries. Additionally, it aims to generate sustainable benefits for the economy, environment, and society as a whole.
