Following the unanimous approval of shareholders, Nemone Wynn-Evans has been appointed as Non-Executive Director and Chair Elect of LGPS Central Limited to succeed Joanne Segars when her term of office ends after eight years as Chair at the end of October.
Nemone is an experienced Chair and non-executive director. She currently serves as Chair of Hinckley & Rugby Building Society and holds non-executive positions at Redmayne Bentley LLP, and Gresham House Income & Growth VCT plc. Her expertise spans corporate finance, audit, regulatory compliance, and ESG-focused governance.
With a breadth of board experience spanning the growth and governance of several successful organisations over sustained tenures, and strong ties to the local region.
Nemone Wynn-Evans will become Chair of LGPS Central Limited from 1 November 2025, subject to regulatory approval. Until then, Joanne Segars OBE will continue in the role, having led the Board since the Pool’s inception in 2018. We’re grateful for Joanne’s outstanding contribution, which will continue through October to support a smooth transition.
