At our General Meeting Shareholders unanimously approved the appointment of Anouska Ramsay, Chief People and Transformation Officer, as an Executive Director of the Company’s Board of Directors. This appointment reflects the significant impact Anouska has made since joining the Company in March 2024 and underscores the Board’s commitment to fostering a strong organisational culture and driving transformational change.

The formal business also included unanimous shareholder approval of the Company’s strategic business plan and budget, alongside endorsement to expand its footprint at its home in Wolverhampton.

Welcoming Anouska’s appointment, LGPS Central Ltd Chair, Joanne Segars, said: “I welcome Anouska’s appointment to the Board of LGPS Central. As Chief People & Transformation Officer, Anouska is responsible for designing and implementing strategies that enhance LGPS Central’s culture, talent acquisition, workplace and people. Her extensive experience in business psychology, organisational change and leadership development has been instrumental in stabilising and strengthening the firm’s workplace culture following a period of leadership transition.”
