Jenny Lewis, General Counsel and Company Secretary
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jenny Lewis as General Counsel and Company Secretary, as part of the planned evolution of our senior structure.
Jenny has been with us since November 2019 and was previously Head of Legal. A qualified solicitor, she joined us following an extensive career in private practice, where she advised clients on complex legal, governance and commercial matters.
In her new role, Jenny will lead our growing Legal and Governance function. She will provide strategic counsel to our Board, Executive and wider business, helping support confident, commercially focused and well-governed decision-making as we continue to develop as an LGPS asset pool.
