We are pleased to announce that Louis-Paul Hill has joined LGPS Central as our Investment Fund Oversight & Strategy Manager.

With more than two decades of LGPS expertise, Louis-Paul brings a wealth of experience across public and private markets. His consultancy background includes leading advisory roles for funds ranging from £2 billion to £11 billion, alongside notable independent investment guidance for Cumbria Pension Fund.

This appointment complements other key hires within LGPS Central’s Fixed Income Team: Roger Webb, Simon Hancock, and the soon-to-join Carl Shepherd. These individuals will be pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio, including Investment Grade Credit, Emerging Market Debt and UK Gilt Portfolios.
