LGPS Central has once again been recognised by the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) as a signatory to the UK Stewardship Code, marking five consecutive years of meeting the highest standards in stewardship and responsible investment.
This achievement reflects our ongoing commitment to rigorous governance, transparent reporting, and proactive engagement on critical environmental, social, and governance issues.
Over the past year, we have:
- Rolled out an enhanced stewardship strategy.
- Introduced pass-through voting covering over £11bn in listed equity assets.
- Enhanced ESG integration across asset classes.
- Participated in over 20 industry initiatives, including Nature Action 100 and the Investor Alliance for Human Rights.
