We are privileged to have been nominated for a family friendly employer award with Personnel Today and we are one of only five organisations to be shortlisted.
Our maternity, paternity and sickness absence are above industry standard, and our flexible working policy is in line with industry standard. We continue to review our hybrid working model to provide increased flexibility, whilst maintaining our commitment to deliver for our clients.
We continue on our journey to becoming a more family friendly employer, where we ensure we are reviewing our policies regularly for any updates, remaining inclusive and breaking down any gender differentiations across our policy entitlements and provisions.
