We are proud to boast a 60/40 split in gender across our organisation (50/50 split across our Non-Executive Directors) and a BAME (Black, Asian and minority ethnic) population of 46% with 15 different cultures represented within our workforce of 81 people.

Chair of our Board, Joanne Segars, hosted an inspiring session for all employees sharing her reflections on a diverse and successful career in the pensions and investments industry. The interactive session included those that inspired Joanne along the way, some of the challenges that she overcame during her career, unconscious bias, building confidence and insight on how to break historic biases.
